1. Eligibility & User Accounts

2. Terms of Sale & Pricing

Product Catalog: We sell premium oversized t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, accessories, and other fashion products. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display colors perfectly.
Pricing & GST: All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rates, unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees or additional charges, if any, will be clearly calculated and shown during the checkout process.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or descriptions without prior notice.
Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraud prevention, or delivery logistical issues. In such cases, if you have already been charged, a full refund will be processed back to your original source of payment within 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping, Payments & Delivery

Payments: All online payments are handled securely through our gateway partner, Razorpay. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and selected wallets. Your payment details are processed under PCI-DSS standards. We are not responsible for any banking fees or currency conversion charges you may incur.
Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped through authorized third-party shipping agencies. Shipping speeds, logistics, and tracking updates are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Title & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to our logistics carrier.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your purchases are protected by our customer satisfaction policies:
